just happened to attend the admission of students in some university ,
the boys and girls were jostling around , feeding the papers , but before this they have to fill in the application form, ON LINE.
the paradox is the on line thing does not work , the way it should. the fields are mandatary and they at times are not understood at all
the on line payment has its own sorry state , and with host of hackers on the net , there is all the time fear of losing the hardest earned money.
the collages ask for the domicile . clearly state that you need to be the resident of that state for more than 10/15 years.
all old british time rules still prevail, the new parents change the jobs like they change the clothes , and with the globalisation move from states to countries , and we still demand domicile cetificates.
then even if you submit all the papers , the babu out there asks for speed money ?
earlier a 100 rupee used to be ok now the demand is 25000 . i was aghast to hear all these stories and felt that had the children to be put to collage education with my salary , probably i needed to hang myself .
the girls have free education is trumpeted all along but where is it is not known >
